Wednesday Night With Vj...

I finally started ma driving practicals again.... having taken a long break.. it was pretty scary as i was worried tat i wud have forgotten the fundamentals.. but lucky me.... i stii had the hang of it and was able to get along pretty well.. but i had starting problem with stoppin the car...

I so agree tat auto cars are so gonna be easier to ride now tat i am learning manual... I hopw i will get ma clutch, accelerator and brake pedal coordination brushed up... I still get tensed when i gotta shift from one to another...

I finished ma driving class at ard 6.30pm and made plans with Vj to meet him at Millenia walk...
I got home... a family fren came to visit us and had to be delayed.. Vj asked me to go to his store b4 it closes at 8.30pm.. but unfortunately i oni got there at ard 8.40pm and i was lost at Millenia walk... Vj had to direct me on the fone for me to get to the store... I met his manager juz long enuff to say a hi and a bye..

I was not hungry and he had juz eaten his dinner when he had his break ard 6+.. so we decided to walk ard Millenia Walk Harvey Norman b4 we head out somewhere for a drink or somethin...

The last time i went to that harvey norman was when it was newly opened.. tat was a bloody long time back.. we juz window shopped ard and Vj

bought a new leather casing for his Atom... Nice..nice.. actually his old one oso nice la.. but this one nicer and better.... Den He brought me to this Candy empire... this was one shop tat had alot of chocolates and sweets i ate when i was a kiddo... He wanted to buy some chocolates for ma sister and mummy and so i oso take 3 chocolates la.. One kinder bueno mini, a full hazelnut chochie... and a heart shaped chocholates..

Having bought the chocolates we decided to head to Suntec City for a drink and as we were walking
at the basement where all the food outlets are.... the Fountain laser show was on and we decided to watch the show... so nice... listening to cool songs and fountain so nice with the cute animations made using the laser beams.. juz so nice...

We were juz in time to actually go in and touch the fountain of wealth.. So Vj and i.. along with many others walked ard the fountain runnin our hands in it 3 times... Vj's long sleeve was so wet.. haha...





We then headed to McCafe for a drink.. he had his iced chocolate and i had mango smoothie.. ma mango smpoothie was nice... But the Oreo cheesecake Vj bought was apparently not gud.. but i didnt try it anyway... We sat there chattin and chatting and eventually headed back sharing the same cab home.. This time he send me back first...

Thanks for de chocolates... the Smoothie and cab ride home Vj... Wait when i get a big bonus i treat u okie.... hehe....

Okie guys me gotta go... Finishing work and gonna head to expression for ma conto session...

Tioman... U ready for us???

Hey all.. Well have been like forever since i wanted a holiday.. i mean i juz need a break so terribly.. I started working immediately after ma graduation and before i cud do anything.. i started school again.. and now i am dying for a holiday...

I realised i am not alone when Ain messaged me a couple of days back askin if i wud be interested in a holiday out somewhere.. So far Ain,Dimas,Saleha,Mislizah and myself are in and we have decided on Tioman.. Haha.. there is a sick Tioman joke tat Ain, Dimas and i share.. Okie i shall not get there and embarass ourselves..

We are lookin at Paya Beach Resort Chalets..
The place looks very nice and so peaceful and serene.. I mean i love the sea and so the beach is simply like ma heaven... We are plannin to get the cheapest chalet.. which is the standard Chalets...




The cottage or chalet as they call it look preetty small and cosy for us.. but As wat Ain said.. we rather save money on accomadation and use it for other things..



The rooms oso look reasonably orite la.. Well.. we wun noe if these is de exact condition till we get there and see it ourselves.. But nonetheless.. we are more concern abt the time we gonna have there.. Me gonna hit de spa... I have been wantin to go for a massage for a long time.. so its gonna happen if ma trip plans go well...

So far we have calcualated abt 250 per person la.. actually 200 hundred la.. So roughly i wanna prepare like 500 bucks for the trip.. i hope i can see $$$ by then... Lets see how it goes.. Tata.. Take care all!!!

Ma fantastic Weekend...

I had de time of ma life the past weekend... I fantastic time with ma cousins was wat i needed after such a bloody long time... So after yrs and yrs of saying and planning... We finally put our Cousins get together in action.... So 2 days and a nite at ma aunt's condominium at Pasir RIs was de plan.. Me and ma sis, ma sinnamma's daughter(Nithiya akka) and son(Parthiban annan) and ma mama's daughter(Bhavani) and son(Vicky) were the cousins involved as we were the remainnin of the all the kids in the family as the rest were way much older, married and have got kids... Me and Gumz met at Pasir Ris at 5.45pm and went on to get a birthday cake for Parthiban annan.. He turned 21 on 15th march and we wanted to do a simple celebration! We got this cake from Bengawan Solo...

So after the mini celebration and foto taking.. we got ready for dinner.. Juz when Vicky boy called sayin tat he was not going for the birthday party his family is going for before he and his sister join us for the nite.. So Mama came and send him and after that Sithappa drove us to Fisherman Village... Sithappa was like telling me that after Parthiban annan gets his licence he is gonna pass on de car to him and i can use it if i wan too.. or we can use it to go out and all.. Tat was really sweet of him.. and he advised me to get a 2nd hand car first...

Den he was relating all de scary stories as we drove down quiet and deserted lanes. He dropped us there and He and Sinnamma drove off to ma Periamma's place, as she had injured her hand recently...

The ladies had rice with bbq Stingray and Kang Kong.. The guuys shared the Kang Kong with the fried rice they ordered... THe fried rice and kang kong was darn gud.. but the stingray was a lil bit of an disappointment... So we took a nice shot after we were done... The place is very nice.. The wind blowin at our faces and the sea juz behind us.. Simply beautiful.. The were some dark areas where the tables were lited with candles.. So romantic...

SO we got picked up by Sithappa again and were send to downtown east for our bowling... We were unlucky cos the alleys were fully booked and the waiting list was pretty long.. We decided to forget abt it and juz go back and watch some horror movie or play games.. On our way out to de bus stop we saw this cart shop that was selling all our childhood delights like the apollo chocolate wafer, the chocolate in a tube.. the coca cola jelly in a long tube... We got so excited and juz grabbed so much of it and started munchin on them..

Vicky boy all so excited abt his jelly that he was like eating it full with the plastic on it.. haha!

We got home and were luffin like crazy as we were crackin each other up.. We got back and it was super warm.. So all of us took turns to take shower and were watchin a dumb tamil movie with Sinnamma. Mama came and send Bhavani and we wera chatin with them and den they left... Nithiya akka and i felt bored and decided to sit down and chit chat.. She asked me abt ma love life.. hahaha.. I told her all de shit that has been happenin and juz as we were tokin parthiban annan came and the kids followed behind.. So this time we chased them off to go eat cake... and they returned soon after so we decided to leave them in de room and tok in de balcony.. It is so beautiful to tok in their balcony at nite with the wind blowing so nicely..

She shared her past experiences and told me how Darren came into her life.. Its was really interestin.. and we juz stood toking for some time before heading back to the room.. The kids with annan were playin Uno cards with Sinnamma watchin.. and when we got there, we started tokin ghosts stories.. it was so funny to see Bhavani scared when she head some sounds made by us accidently.. like when Parthiban annan accidently hit the bed with his foot.. we spoke and luffed... Sinnamma went to bed and we started sharing those exclusively for cousins secrets which were so funny... Haha.. It was eventually 6 am when we all decided to get some sleep.... All of us slept in the same room.. Me, Parthiban annan and Vicky boy slept on the mattress on the floor.. and Gumz, Bhavani and Nithiya akka slept on the bed..

We were all woken up by Parthiban annan's loud ring tone but he was still sleeping.,. Finally all were up and fresh again after the shower We had lunch at ard 2.. (we woke up at 12) Sinnamma made chicken sambal.. Yummmm! Den we sat down for some card games and munche on our snacks we bought the day before.. Mama came to fetch Bhavani and Vicky boy home.. Gumutha had some singing rehersals and so she left with Parthiban annan who was off to play soccer.. Me, mama, nithiya akka, sithappa and sinnamma sat down for tea and were chattin.. and soon i had to leave half heartedly with ma mama who was sendin me to the MRT stationly..

I had the best weekend in yrs.. Akka send me an sms on how she enjoyed the days and so did i.. I am really lookin forwrd to another one of it.. And hopefully its soon!!!

Past time...

Hey guys.. sleeepin and rechargin ya selves with all the energy u wud need for the busy weekend... ? I cant go to sleep juz yet.. one of those nites ma insomnia kicked in i guess.. Juz finihed readin a novel by one of ma fav author...

Lately i have been readin alot.. at least 3 novels in 5 days seem pretty lot for me... i dunno i juz got hitten by this novel craze after a real long time... i am proud to say tat i have read Ransom, Second Chance and Echoes.. all written by Danielle Steele.. I gotta say all of them were mind blowing.. When i read i novels i pictures the scenes in ma head.. i think tats wat all of us do rite.. ?I juz let the whole movie run in ma head as i read the book... And the "movie" that i really enjoyed de most was.. Ransom... One of Steele's best books.. Simply fantastin...For those of u out there, ma frens, who have told me b4 that u dun like readin her books cos they contain too much of sex and all.. u wud be proven totally wrong by this book... It had everythin a "wun-let-ya-put down" book needs.. and i mean it... Greed, love,family, kids, mother, dutiful policeman, crime of passion.. this are simply a few words that can describe this book in short...i dun wanna spoil de suspense of the book.. go read it ppl...

Second chance was all abt how a lady.. successful one at tat neba wanted a marriage and eventually met a widower whom she realised was the world, her world she has failed to find all that long... When she did and realised she needed the flame burning forever, takes a big step despite her prior dislikes and disbelieves abt marriage and married the man she trully madly deeply loved despite the fact that the 2 teenage daughters and the old housekeepers of his wud do anything to keep her away from him... Soon things turn sour and he leaves her though he made 100s of promises to be there till eternity... now which man kept his word on that? okie i agree some do.. back to de story... She lives a less appealin n successful life afterwhich the ex comes back into her life.. They realise the fire was still burnin and how they gave each other another chance would be the story of Second chance...

Echoes... This one got a far more complicated tale.. based on true incidents from the history... Settin is in the 1900s... When the whole issue on the jewish was on.. how love and family ties got affected.. and the survival of a poor victim.. Read it and u wud be going thru one of the darkest moments in history...

I am abt to start on a Sidney Sheldon book probably tomolo.. too tired for now... Okie.. got de darn bloody hiccups.. gonna hit da sack now.. A long entry...

Okie guys I noe it's been a bloody long time... I juz can't get started and when I do....I got so many things to tok abt... So lemme let ya all have a glance of ma life for the past couple of weeks... Okie u guys gotta bear with the fact that this is a SUPER LONG ENTRY... With loads of pictures...

Well... The dreadful exams came and so de even more dreadful preparation had to start... seriously I juz hated the preparation part... I had like whole chunks of notes to sorta like swallow down... Not easy... def not... Medical microbiology was de worst... Like I had over 20 wat not sets of notes on top of which I had to read up textbks to supplement them... Lucky me I had a great group to study with... none other den ma practical khakies and now ma study buddies, Nat, Joice and Hui Chien. Our first stop was KAP MacDonald's... Although we were all tensed abt the exams, we cudnt stop crackin each other up and taking photos...…

After studyin with ma frens. I rushed home to get ready for our darlings Vicky aka Kuchi's bday... So it was me, Vani, Senthil, Ruben and Denash... Senthil and I took a cab down together to this run down country club in Taman Jurong…. Although it was rundown... the ballroom was very pretty... Our bday boi was waiting for us... and he had this makeover done at Jean Yip... I taut it was not that fantastic... but not bad also...I juz hated the DJ and emcee... Okie Mahesh was not too bad... but the other one was like... Hmm... nvm.. And the DJ oso... play like so boring songs... and the games... hmm haiz... But de food was gud... from Mayura Catering... So we like ate den stayed till they started the dance floor after which Vani and Denash and Ruben went to de dance floor where me and Senthil were juz sitting ard and watching dem.. Den it was almost 11 and den we decided to make a move... Vani went off with Denash and Ruben, Senthil and me took a cab... when they reached ma block to drop me off... Ruben was like shall we chit chat. And so... all of us alighted near ma block and sat under it to chat... We chatted till ard 12 something... when I had to leave and the guys walked to Senthil's place... I didn’t take that many pictures... but here are those I took...

After spendin a Saturday nite at the bday and havin an exam on Wednesday... it was mad rush for me... I had so much to study and so little time to finish dem... So we had our marathon la... Monday went to Woodlands library to study with ma frens... den came back and studied... Tuesday studied at home and didn’t sleep the whole nite...

Now tat was juz part of the many stacks of notes i had to finish studyin...

The poor soul literally buried under all her notes...

Wednesday Mornin was de exams... Okie la... not too bad... but I was darn tired after de paper… but didn’t give up and went to west mall coffee bean to study... Studied oni for a while and I got exhausted... So I got home and slept... Woke up in de middle of the nite and studied again and went back to sleep... Thursday went back to west mall Coffee bean and we got chased away... Haiz... how sad is tat… Den we went up to de food court... Bad scene... sec sch "kids" were practically f*ckin in the middle of the foodcourt... okie they were not really f*ckin... but it seemed like anytime they wud juz get on doin it... get wat I mean... wah bloody distracting somemore sit so near us.. We juz didn’t like the atmosphere... so we decided to go home... Got home had ma dinner and went on to finishin up ma immunology...

Luckily I was smart enuff to study the past yr questions... I didn’t sleep de whole nite... and got to school in time to do some last min discussions with ma frens and went for ma paper... Holy gosh... the question that I was hoping for was there... 35% u noe... I was damn prepared for that question... Multiple choices were darn tricky though... So with that the Exam episode for this season (term) came to an end... Party!!!!!!!


What is a better way celebrating the end of exams with ya frens with free tix to JBP.. Tats exactly wat i did.. I asked ma mum to make fried bee hoon for ma self and ma frens.. After de paper we took a train down to Boon Lay den a bus down to JBP... I tell ya.. it was so darn fun...I juz enjoyed maself so muchg... Juz look at the beautiful birds we saw..

Woooooo... The skool am working at had a Cadbury choco sale especially for the staff... Wow... I was super delighted... I bought like 4 bars of Roasted almond and 2 bar of plain milk choco and a box of 24 bars of Zip wafer chocolates... Hmmm...And he had to come again the following Monday and I cudnt resist it and bought like another 6 bars of almond chocolate... Yum..So now look at the picture and droolllll...

I realised tat i have been missin alot on ma social life ever since i started studyin while workin.. I didnt get sufficient dosage of ma dear frens and was badly in need of it.. so last tuesday when i was attendin a half day cos at NIE.. i messaged ma frens and made dinner plans at Esplanade.. I juz wanted ma frens and the wonderful Char Kuey Teow... We didnt stop with the food.. It was a fantastic evening with great frens.. loads of laughter and craziness... I had so much of fun.. Luv ya guys!!!

We were de so call bitch and slut back during our CYA days.. And till now.. we turn to each other when we are in some critical situations in life.... Well.. I can say tat both of us are in a somewhat similar situation and we juz needed each other.. I had to cancel our date out on thursday as i had something on.. So instead of rottin all day.. I called her up and we planned out Ben & Jerry's date.. I loved the ice cream.. But luved the woman more!!!

Well.. I juz cudnt get enuff of her man.. I had to meet her up for dinner the very next day and we settled for Siam Kitchen @ Causeway point... I juz love the woman and her company... Siam Kitchen was not to bad... but i still think de tom yum soup at ma fren's dad's shop(Al-Ameen) is much nicer... We ate.. talked and simply snapped all nite long... haha... Luvly Dimas and me at Siam kitchen@ Causeway Point! This was b4 we ate!
