Happy days....

I think ma happy days are finally here... I am super duper happy lately... I think and i hope the timke has changed for the better for me... All started out with a pretty long weekend 2 weeks back.. when i went down to ma sis in law's place and stayed overnight with ma niece... its gud to have ma anni ard.. Cos the will never be a time we are not luffin.. i was happily luffing and all... I bought ma niece a elmo bolster.. so cute..





It was great to spend some quality time with ma brother and sister... its been like forever since we were tat happy together... So many things happened in our past that now we value each other so much more... I am glad to be gifted with ma 2 siblings who mean so much to me...

Driving lessons are bvack on full swing.. oni got a couple of weeks... okie la.. say 2 moneth to ma TP... i really wanna pass and get ma licence... and i Believe i will.... I am also going for ma sec sch's 20th anniversay dinner.. so excited abt seeing all ma frens again..but well i will still have to see some unwanted retarded pussy face.. lets not get there.. when i start i cant stop....



Ain is the first in our gang who are 1985 batch to turn 21...

HAPPY 21st Babe....
I noe its belated but who cares.. i noe i luv ya... and.. and we had a belated bday and our tioman trip confirmation celebration this week.. Yeah... its confirmed.. we are going off to Tioman on the 11th and will be back on the 15th... Yahoooo!!!




SO we went to Boonlay shopping centre to book our trip and went on to Jurong Point for our mini surprise for Ain.. I treated dem to dinner at Swensen's.... Becos i had a gud news maself...

Ma lil baby sister has gotten her long due Scholarship money... Yeeeehaaaaaaaa!!!!

So yeah.. i had to treat this gals cos they were ma pillar of strength at many points of time...

So we had dinner and without Ain's knowledge i ordered the bday firehouse..(i realise i have done this for all ma close frens... ) and i tell you this was the best surprise i have given so far.. when i prompted the staff to bring it.. she actually played the happy bday song on the PA system and at the end of the song all the staff shouted Happy Birthday... wow.... SO nice.. and they even got her a red balloon.. Dimas and i got a flowers.. her fav pink roses with a lil teddy bear in pink shirt... So pink.. the wrapping oso pink...






So fun.. so we started to snap away with ma handphone and here are all the pictures...



Ma sister has bought her new handfone.. 6280... hmmm yeah i noe.. it was ma fav fone.. but that lil gal deserve it since its her money... she insisted i shud get a new fone to and tat she wud pay for it.. but i turned down the offer... i like ma fone.. and i treasure the fact that it was the first fone i bought with ma first pay... so yeah...

Suppi day...

Saturday was so fun... okie lemme start with the morning...

Saturday morning the school speech day was on... So sadly i had to go to work though it was a saturday... But u noe.. like wat i read in a fren's blog(Sumi)... I dress up like a total aunty when i go to work... I mean i dun bother to look nice or anything.. Considering the fact that the Sup was the GOH and i was stationed at the General office.. i took the initiative to dress well...



Oh man.. and the response i got was like... Hmmm... They were like.. "wah ooo nice ah..", "y u dun dress up like this everytime", "You look nice with ya hair down".... Okie numero uno, i work in a darn science lab... How am i supposed to wear punjabi suit to de lab to work.. and i work with chemicals and i gotta like run up and down the 3 storey high science block... Like hello... Y wud i bother putting make up on or even think abt wearing heels?

But i liked the attention i got.. I mean who wudnt? U work in a place for like 5 days in a week and ppl dun even noe u exist and when finally u make a grand entrance ppl start complimentin and all.. SO nice rite.. haha.. yeah yeah i noe i am so... okie nvm.... So yeah.. I was in the end placed at the reception counter.. thanks to ma so called dressing up... And after the guests had all proceeded to the hall... me and ma collegue and the technical officer all sat in the office and chatted..


I mean wat else u wan us to do.. Speech day is soooo not for a 50, a 33, a 25 and a 20 yr old... So we juz went up to support another collegue, Rina who got her award for 5 yrs service... Den we came back and continued to chat.. den we had lunch together.. the food was okie la.. the catered from continentel delights i think... and oh.. The cute Chinese trainee teacher commented i looked gud.. hmm.. **giggles** Okie back to topice... So the min the clock struck 11.30.. i juz ran for home..


Why wudnt i if Subha baby was coming... I had to get all her toys and chocolates and all in place before she came... She came at almost 1.30pm.. and this time she didnt take long to warm up... Boy can she tok...? She basically asks so many questions... so cute i tell u.. we brought her down and she juz had to ask questions abt everything she sees... She started pulling gumutha's hair when we were waiting for her mummy to cut her hair...And she like to play the heading game.. haha...




And she love to kiss on de lip and den give the disgusted face like she has kissed a toad... haha.. SO she was playing and all.. and she enjoys playing with other children.. she makes frens everywhere she goes.. and every child she meets on de road is her fren.. whether she knows them or not.. She is juz a bundle of joy la....






When we got home... gumutha had oredi left to go somewhere and so she had oni me to bully... Initially when i tell her to fold her hands she knew that i am angry and i am telling her to do it cos she did something notti.. But as time went by she started to smile her way out of it.. i cudnt help it.. her smile juz makes me helpless...

And oh... when asked if she is Amma sayang or appa sayang.. she goes like " I Punitha sayang" and came hugging ma legs... i am stricter to her compared to her daddy and mummy.. but she still comes to me all the time... and whenever she calls ma house she asks for me oso...

SO she was playing and playing when i called her to sit onb ma lap.. so she sad on ma lap and leaned against ma chest.. and mins later ma angel was sleeping soundly... She looked so angelic when she sleeps no matter how notorius she is when awake... She was sleeping on ma shoulder den till ma bro and sis in law got onto the cab and when i handed her over to ma anni, she woke up and looked at me and juz waved, stillk half asleep... Awwwww..... Ma baby...!!! I miss her so much.. i really do!!! maybe friday i will be staying over at ma anni's place.. i haven had enuff of her...I love you BABY!!!

Tizi

Yesterday.. As i was heading to the Jurong regional library after work and b4 ma class.. I bumped onto Tizi Mellisa... Ma classmate for 4 yrs in sec sch.. It was really nice seeing her after such a long time... And she was heading to the library as well...

So i returned ma books and Tizi went on to look for some books for her assignment... Apparently she is doing her degree in Mass Com at Thames... Tizi and i were very close in class when we went on to sec 3 and 4 as we were the weaklings in A maths.. So we always study together and eventually when we dropped A Maths... We again got together and studied E Maths together...
The both of us planned so much to go into life sciences.. But she decided the JC was her call and went on with it.. and i went to life sciences in poly... Least did i noe she wud be interested in Mass com... She was a super quiet gal... apart from the silly jokes we make during our Maths lessons and grp studies..

So after she got her books and had borrowed them.. We decided to have a drink at the Cafe Galilee at the library itself... Both of us had Peach Smoothies and She had a Oreo cheesecake while i had chocolate truffle... And we started reminiscing on our ever green sec school days.. I found out that Melody is married and has a kid.. i juz saw the picture of her boy Ravier and my my.. is he cute or wat...? Gud luck to ya gal... The rest are like in the U or workin and all...

The main topic was abt the dinner... I see that alot of them are going and i feel that i shud... I am so gonna get ma gals and book a table...

So we sat there toking and luffin till ard 6 when i had to make a move as i had lessons and She had to head back home to complete her assignment... Well she was complaingin that she always procrastinates... Well so do i.. I seriously gotta get down doing wat i have to.. and trust theres alot to do...

Well.. till i do something interesting or meet someone interesting.... Toodles....

Saturday Night Party

Hello all... Well.. I had a terrific saturday.. And one impt thing... No one april fooled me!!! Yeay!!! As planned like wks b4.. Vanz and i decided to meet for our Sari window shoppin on Sat and Radhika joined us...

We met at JE MRT at ard 1 and headed st down to Lil india.. De min we got down.. i wen to GGS to pass somethin to ma dad's fren and we immediately rushed for lunch.. @.... Sakunthala's..De old one la...


** De 2 psycho women**

Vanz had a pepper mutton set, Rad had her chikie briyani set and i had ma fav fried chickie set.. So yummy... So we eat eat and den started our podavai window shoppin.. First we went to Apollo chellappa's.. Okie la but not so much of ranges.. So we went to Royal saree palace... oso kind of boring.. and the darn steps like climbing everest la.. so steep and high...


** I dream of some1 n she drools @ me**

The one place we saw saris we like was Haniffa textiles... The sari with the lobang as wat we three called it.. it was like cream colour with maroon border.. and loads of heavy workmanship with beads and all.. beautiful... and oh.. 2 gays.. or is it trans were buying saris.. so funny to see them buy sari.. hehe.. nothing against them though... Thangavettai saris are like $300-$1000... CAN U BELIEVE TAT?!!!

We then walked to Sheetal... They had a very nice black and blue punjabi suit.. but as we all noe it was darn ex... but nice la.. SO we continued walkin and walkin and oh Vanz treated us to sweets.. As in laddu and paal kova for me.. and jilebi for Rad and Special Mysoor pak and halwa for herself and a pack of those sweet muruku...
Then the gals went to this spa place to thread their eye brow where the two owners were telling each other how badly they gotta brazilian wax... Like u noe.. ahem ahem.. okie lets not get there...

We then walked to the Komalas after Mustafa centre... We sat there and ate the sweet muruku and had a drink and started snappin pictures... I persuaded the gals to follow me to IA as i was hosting a bday function that evenin.. so after much persuasion they agreed and when we got there Kavin and Kesu haven got there yet... Okie i dunno if i can say this.. but the function hall stank.. badly... The aircon neba on oso... so i got changed.


** Frens for 8 yrs... With some hiccups!**

Rad was so excited abt making up me... So i let her mess up ma face.. which she didnt... and Vanz did ma hair for me.. Some lohan style..Thanks gal.. I think i looked quite okie la.. Hmmm.. Den we started snappin again.... Soon at ard 7 the gals left and i started to prepare for the function...

The crowd onli came in at almost 9.. So i told de rest to go and have dinner.... At 9 when i started the bday.. the crowd was so not responding to me.. i felt like and idiot tryin to get their attention and all... But soon things started falling in place... The crowd became supportive and i finished the entire party thing at ard 10.30 for Kesu to start his Dance floor...

SO the dance floor was on till 12mn and surprisingly the not so supportive crowd became so hyper at the dance floor... The kids were so cute.. super super cute... I fell in love with one lil girl.. all i noe is tat she was wearin a maroon dress and her mum was wearing a red top with black pants.. And she was wearing a cross on her neck.. the gal was so cute that she kept comin to ma table and tokin to me.. she was oni ard 3 yrs old i think...

**After the party but b4 i got rid of ma make up... **

So when it was over we loaded our stuff on Satya annan's pick up.. Sent Kesu to Toa Payoh and den went to unload at Kavin's place and finally got to ma place at 1plus in the mornin.. Phew.. I was dead beat... Damn tired... I knocked off the min i hit da sack... So there u have ma fantastic Saturday...
